Delivery times depend on the destination:

• Mainland Portugal: up to 5 business days.
• Madeira and the Azores: 5–9 business days by boat.
• Mainland Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands: up to 5 business days.
• Listed European destinations in Zones 2 and 3: 3–5 business days.

Mainland Portugal and mainland Spain services provide two delivery attempts. The Balearic and Canary Islands service provides one attempt.

We offer free shipping on orders over €99 to Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores, and mainland Spain, and on orders over €150 to the European destinations listed in our shipping policy. Free shipping does not apply to the Balearic and Canary Islands.

We do not accept exchanges in the case of damage due to misuse, such as dog chewing or exposure to seawater.

It's super easy. Each wearable accessory is accompanied by a detailed sizing chart which gives you very clear instructions of how to measure your dog with a flexible tape measure. Compare the measurements to our chart to find the best fit.
