OhMyDog & Co Shipping Policy

We’ve partnered with the leading fulfillment company in Portugal, using the latest shipping technology to ensure your order arrives at your selected address as quickly as possible, always with a smile.  We ensure efficient delivery of your orders with up to two delivery attempts for all shipping methods. 

We offer free shipping on orders over 99 EUR within Portugal and Spain, and on orders over 250 EUR for the rest of Europe. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we use only recycled materials for packaging.

Shipping Methods and Times:

Cut-off Time: 2pm (Lisbon time) - Orders placed up to 2pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

  • Express: 2-hour delivery for shipments in Lisbon, Oeiras, and Cascais.
  • Same Day: Delivery for shipments in Lisbon, Oeiras, and Cascais
  • Next Day Portugal (excluding islands): 1 working day.
  • Next Day Spain: 1 working day.
  • Azores and Madeira Islands: 3 to 5 working days.
  • European Union: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Next Day Portugal (excluding islands): €5.00
  • Next Day Spain: €7.50
  • Azores and Madeira Islands: €8.90
  • Balearic and Canary Islands: €15
  • Europe Zone 2: €18
  • Europe Zone 3: €21

Europe Zone 2: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia

Europe Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Sweden

Please note that certain products may be shipped directly from the brand. For these items, free shipping is not available due to the separate logistics involved. Shipping costs for such items will vary depending on the brand's shipping policies and the destination. 

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed in the product description page (the retail price includes the shipping fees).

International Shipping:

For non-EU countries such as the UK, Switzerland, Iceland, etc., additional fees such as customs clearance, import duties, and other costs may apply. We are legally required to declare the full shipment value and include an invoice if requested. Customs and import procedures are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any additional costs or delays.
