Request access, correction or deletion
Tell us whether you want to access or receive a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing or request portability. Please write from the email address associated with your account or purchase where possible and provide only the information needed to locate the relevant records.
We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or an identity-document copy unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.
We will respond within the applicable legal deadline, normally one month under the GDPR. We will explain any permitted extension or limitation. Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
