Return Conditions:
- Initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
- Return item(s) in original packaging, with labels attached, and in new, unused condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (€4.50 VAT included for mainland Portugal). This step serves to promote sustainable shopping and enable environmentally conscious return shipping. Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking. If the item is lost in transit and there is no tracking, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Process:

- We will reply within 24 hours.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and initiate an exchange or refund.
- Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process.
Damaged or Defective Products
Received a damaged item?
We apologize and will resolve the issue quickly. Contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage at hello@ohmydogandco.com.
We do not accept exchanges in the case of damage due to misuse, such as dog chewing or exposure to seawater.
