Return Conditions:

  1. Initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. Return item(s) in original packaging, with labels attached, and in new, unused condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (€4.50 VAT included for mainland Portugal). This step serves to promote sustainable shopping and enable environmentally conscious return shipping. Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking. If the item is lost in transit and there is no tracking, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Process:

  1. Contact us at hello@ohmydogandco.com to begin the exchange.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours.
  3. Once received, we will inspect the item and initiate an exchange or refund.
  4. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process.

Damaged or Defective Products

Received a damaged item?
We apologize and will resolve the issue quickly. Contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage at hello@ohmydogandco.com.

We do not accept exchanges in the case of damage due to misuse, such as dog chewing or exposure to seawater.
